We have a 2004 LS6 with only 62k. It comes as pictured with all belt driven accessories, engine harness and PCM. This engine was running perfect and was pulled from a local 2 owner Z06 that has never seen anything but cruising down the highway. The 2004 LS6 is the best of the LS6's due to it having Gen 4 internals!
